Summary - Market Kiosks

Inside the market on the northern side, there is a line of six food kiosks: Indian, Mexican, Indonesian, Pancakes, Falafels and Thai Hut. I've now been to all of them, and can give you a summary.

The most popular of all of the kiosks is Thai Hut. Always a large queue, and you get good value for money - a large amount of food, which is good but not great. The popularity says it all, really.

Indonesian is second best - good size quantities, although the noodles can be somethered in oil if you are unlucky, but again good value for money.

Mexican next: I didn't have the popular borritos, but my food was effectively a curry, and tasted good.

Pancakes - best eaten there, as they get cold quickly. Steer clear of the mushrooms, they're a bit slimey.

Indian - OK, but given we are on the door of Brick Lane, you can get the proper thing for just a little bit more.

Unfairly, Flafels is last - but this is a carnivore thing.
