I'm trying to pace myself now. The number of potential places for takeaway lunches is reducing. Soon I will have to start return trips to try different things. In the future, I will also include visits to Canteen, Carluccios etc.
Another trip to the kiosks in the market. Thai not so busy today, but I've been there already. Looked at Falafels, but it looked as though it was vege only, and I'm not in the mood for that at the moment (I may have to soon in order to have a full four weeks with different lunch sources....). Plumped for the Mexican, and decided not to go for one of the traditional mexican with a tortilla - I had the Chicken Yucatan. To eat in, you actually have a proper plate and metal cuttlery, but, because you are using a consumable, take away costs an extra 10p!
The dish came served with chopped salad, onions and chillis. The latter certainly added some spice to the food. There was plenty of rice, but not too much chicken, and the flavour was OK, but not something I would rush back for. Return trip will be for enchilladas or something like that, but the Yucatan, no.
