As it was Shrove Tuesday, where else to go but the market and the kiosk that does french pancakes. I had a ham, cheese and mushroom savoury pancake. This cost about £3.80. It was filling and tasty, but by the time I got it back to the office, it was not very hot. The mushrooms were a bit slimy.
Conclusion - probably best eaten actually in the market. Need to try the sweet pancake, perhaps chocolate?
